Sam Amidon, who begins a tour of the West Coast of Canada and the United States with saxophonist Sam Gendel next week, will join singer-songwriter and pianist Bruce Hornsby as special guest on his tour of the Eastern United States in June. Amidon and Gendel's tour begins at Western Front in Vancouver on Monday, followed by shows in Seattle and Portland and three stops in California: Berkeley (as special guest of Bill Frisell), Soquel, and Los Angeles.
