Lake Street Dive and Rachael & Vilray's own Rachael Price was on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night, joining Carole King and The Roots on backing vocals to perform the legendary singer-songwriter's beloved song "It's Too Late." You can watch it here. Rachael & Vilray's self-titled debut album is due next Friday; the duo tours this fall. Lake Street Dive resumes its US tour next week.

Lake Street Dive kicks off a months-long spring and summer tour of the US in Ponte Vedra, Florida, tonight. The tour continues with double bills with The Wood Brothers, supporting spots with The Avett Brothers, and headline shows across the country, some with Yola as special guest. The band released a wiidope remix of "I Can Change," a song from their album Free Yourself Up, as a thank-you to fans helping to raise funds for the organization SPARK Reproductive Justice NOW.

Lake Street Dive's own Rachael Price was on public radio's Live From Here from St. Louis. She joined host Chris Thile and the band, which included Gabriel Kahane and Punch Brothers' Chris Eldridge, on several songs, including "Lullaby of Broadway," in tribute to Doris Day, and Tom Waits's "Take It With Me." Kahane also performed his song "October 1, 1939 / Port of Hamburg" with St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. You can watch all three here.

"Though the exact day is not known, it was fifteen years ago that Lake Street Dive became a band," says Rachael Price. "McDuck wrote our name on the chalkboard of a practice room and it was done. We didn’t know each other that well. We had zero idea of what kind of music we would play. We certainly didn’t know that fateful day marked the beginning of the longest platonic double date of my life. We have been through so much together ... Happy Fifteenth Bandiversary, y'all!"

Lake Street Dive begins a two-week European tour in Vienna on Saturday. The twelve-city tour, featuring music from the band's latest album, Free Yourself Up, continues with shows in Germany, France, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, and the UK.

Lake Street Dive has added several new headlining shows to its spring and summer tour schedule, as well as several co-headlining concerts with The Wood Brothers. The new dates begin in Raleigh on June 7 and include shows in Virginia, Michigan, Ohio, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Kansas, Vermont, New York, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Colorado, Idaho, and Nevada. They follow Lake Street Dive's European tour in April and come before and after the band's shows with The Avett Brothers.

Lake Street Dive will join The Avett Brothers as special guests on their US tour this summer, with shows in Kansas City, Salt Lake City, and Red Rocks in July, and out West in August with concerts in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and California, including the Greek theaters in Berkeley and LA. Lake Street Dive is currently leading its own US headline tour and begins a European tour in April.

Lake Street Dive's new limited-edition 10" vinyl EP, Freak Yourself Out, first released for Record Store Day: Black Friday last month, is now available in the Nonesuch Store, while supplies last. Freak Yourself Out features five songs recorded during the sessions for the band's chart-topping album Free Yourself Up that had not been finished. The band had so much fun playing the songs on tour this year, they went back into the studio and finished them for this special release.

Lake Street Dive's Rachael Price was on Live From Here with Chris Thile broadcast live from The Town Hall in NYC on Saturday. She sat in with Thile and the band throughout the show and stepped out to perform the classic Steve Winwood–penned Blind Faith tune "Can't Find My Way Home" and the Bruce Hornsby / Chaka Khan tune "Love Me Still," both of which you can watch here.
