Punch Brothers—whose new five-song EP, Ahoy!, was released on Nonesuch Records earlier this week—recently stopped by the CMT studio to perform a five-song set for Live @ CMT. The set features songs from the band's latest album, Who's Feeling Young Now?—"Flippen," "Movement and Location," and "This Girl"—and two off their previous album, Antifogmatic—"Next to the Trash" and "Rye Whiskey." Sara Watkins brings her US tour as special guest of Jackson Browne to a close this weekend. Before then, they give an intimate acoustic performance at the historic Paramount Theater in Denver tonight, which will be broadcast live at 10 PM ET on AXS TV. Watch a preview of the event here. Watkins launches a seven-city West Coast headline tour with Aoife O'Donovan in December and heads to the UK and Ireland in January.

Björk’s music video for “Mutual Core,” from her album Biophilia, directed by LA filmmaker Andrew Thomas Huang, premiered today on MOCAtv, a new online contemporary art video channel from The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (MOCA). The Guardian describes "Mutual Core" as “the world’s first song about tectonic plates set to a ravey mesh of bleeps and whooshes.” Watch the video here.

Lianne La Havas made her debut appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman last night. She was joined by her band to perform the title track to her debut album, Is Your Love Big Enough?. Watch it here. La Havas performs the first of three headlining US shows at The Birchmere in Alexandria this Sunday, followed by sold-out sets in LA and San Francisco next weekend. La Havas appears for the first time on Conan this Wednesday, November 14.

Punch Brothers make their Austin City Limits (ACL) debut when the band's performance, recorded earlier this year, premieres on PBS this Saturday, November 3; also on the episode will be a set from The Civil Wars. Though Chris Thile has appeared on ACL three times—twice with his former band Nickel Creek and once in Dolly Parton’s backup band—this will be Punch Brothers' first time on the show. Singer/songwriter Nataly Dawn, one half of the duo Pomplamoose, has released "Leslie," the second music video from her forthcoming debut solo album, How I Knew Her, due out on Nonesuch on January 22, 2013. Jack Conte, Dawn's partner and the other half of Pomplamoose, produced and orchestrated the track. The video was directed by Eric Kallevig and shot at Prairie Sun Recording Studios. Watch it here. Fatoumata Diawara recently concluded a US tour featuring music from her debut album, Fatou. The Malian-raised, Parisian singer/songwriter made stops across the country, including NYC, where she performed at Pace University’s Michael Schimmel Center for the Arts. There, Diawara spoke with NBC 4 New York’s Nonstop Sound about her tour, her time in the city, and her strong connection to the cultural traditions of Mali. Watch the piece here.

Emmylou Harris, who was presented with an ACM Honors Pioneer Award this week, joins English folk rock quartet Mumford & Sons for CMT Crossroads, premiering tonight on CMT. The show explores the roots of country music by pairing country artists with musicians from other genres. Marcus Mumford tells the AP: "Pretty much every song that Emmylou has sung on is my favorite song of whichever artist she sang with." Watch a preview of the episode here.
