The Sing-Off, NBC's a cappella singing competition, continues tonight, with performances from the remaining eight teams and keen-as-ever insight from Ben Folds, who, along with Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men and the Pussycat Dolls' Nicole Scherzinger, returns as a judge on the series' second season. The show airs Mondays and Wednesdays at 8 PM EST. In the mean time, Folds has added six new concerts in the US Midwest next month in support of Lonely Avenue, his collaborative album with Nick Hornby.

The newly-added dates go on sale beginning December 10, and the Ben Folds Fan Club will have access to presale tickets beginning today. For more information about joining the fan club and gaining access to today's ticket presale, visit benfolds.com/members-only. See the new dates below.

Folds recently toured the East Coast in support of Lonely Avenue; the dates included a Thanksgiving weekend homecoming performance at Nashville’s Tennessee Performing Arts Center to benefit the Nashville Symphony as well as two volunteer firefighting organizations in the Middle Tennessee region. Folds is set to cap off his East Coast tour with a performance at New York City’s Beacon Theatre on December 14.

Folds recently spoke with the Aquarian Weekly about the new album. "Ben Folds is a musician that has followed his heart since day one. From the meteoric rise of Ben Folds Five and beyond, he has made an indelible impression on many forms of music out there today," writes the Aquarian's John Pfeiffer. "His latest collaboration with writer and novelist Nick Hornby is rich and filled with life’s great texture." Read the interview at theaquarian.com.
