Kahane made his Nonesuch debut with the release of his album Book of Travelers earlier this year. It is a musical travelogue about the looping railway journey across the US he embarked upon the day after the 2016 US election and the people he met along the way. "Exquisitely crafted," says Uncut. "Musically fascinating and hauntingly empathetic." "Extraordinary," says the San Francisco Chronicle; "vivid and wholly original." Rolling Stone calls it a "stunning portrait of a singular moment in America."

To pick up a copy of Book of Travelers, head to your local independent record store, Bandcamp, Amazon, iTunes, and the Nonesuch Store, where CD and vinyl orders include a download of the complete album at checkout, or listen on Apple Music and Spotify
