Closing out World of Bluegrass week in Raleigh this September, the International Bluegrass Wide Open Bluegrass festival will take place in Raleigh. Punch Brothers' label mate Rhiannon Giddens, who gave the keynote address at last year's IBMA Conference, will perform at the Red Hat Amphitheater as part of the festivities.
