Due to the death of a family member, The Black Keys are rescheduling their show at the Charlottesville Pavilion this Thursday, September 9, to Tuesday, September 14, and the September 14 show at the Orange Peel in Asheville, North Carolina, has been moved to Thursday, September 16. The band apologizes for this scheduling shift and any inconvenience it may cause. They thank their fans for their patience and understanding during this difficult time.

Due to the death of a family member, The Black Keys are rescheduling their show at the Charlottesville Pavilion this Thursday, September 9, to Tuesday, September 14. All previously purchased tickets will be honored.

If you are unable to attend the new date, refunds will be provided at point of purchase until Monday, September 13, at 12 PM.

Tickets are available online at charlottesvillepavilion.com and at select Crossroads and Plan 9 stores throughout Virginia and at the downtown Charlottesville Visitor's Center.

Because of this unforeseen emergency scheduling conflict, The Black Keys show at the Orange Peel in Asheville, North Carolina, is also being moved to Thursday, September 16, from its originally scheduled date of Tuesday the 14th. All tickets originally purchased for Tuesday will be honored at the new show date on Thursday. The times will be the same: the show will still start at 9 PM on Thursday, with doors opening at 8 PM. For further information, please contact the Orange Peel at info@theorangepeel.net or call the Peel's box office at (828) 225-5851.

    American Railroad, the new album from the Silkroad Ensemble with Rhiannon Giddens, is out now. It is the culmination of four years of research, collaboration, and music-making, having brought Silkroad artists all across the US to uncover and uplift stories of those who built the transcontinental railroad and connecting railways across North America. "The result is a tapestry of stories, traditions, and music that have shaped our multifaceted cultural identity, and that must be heard and recognized," Giddens says. Also out now are a performance video of the track "Mahk Jchi" and the first episode of the American Railroad podcast series. The US fall tour continues to November 23.
