Last week, on April 6, Nonesuch Records and PS Classics released the new Broadway cast recording of Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's A Little Night Music. To mark the occasion, Sondheim and the cast of A Little Night Music, including Catherine Zeta-Jones, Angela Lansbury, and Alexander Hanson, signed copies of the album on the stage of New York's Walter Kerr Theatre for more than 250 lucky fans.

Now, those who were there can relive that special moment, and the rest of the world can join in on the excitement as well, with a new video documenting the day's events at nonesuch.com/media. Head inside the theater and hear what members of the cast of A Little Night Music and a few of fans in attendance had to say about the experience.

Cast member Aaron Lazar (Count Carl-Magnus Malcolm) was signing CDs at the event and is featuring in the piece above. He also spoke with ABC News about performing in this first-ever revival of A Little Night Music. You can watch that interview at abcnews.go.com.

Angela Lansbury received the inaugural Stephen Sondheim Award from the Signature Theatre in Arlington, Virginia, on Monday. Sondheim presented Lansbury with the award at a black-tie Gala Benefit at the Embassy of Italy in Washington, DC. Her co-star, Zeta-Jones, and Bernadette Peters were the evening's honorary hosts, and the night's festivities included tribute performances from Jason Danieley, Sherri L. Edelen, Victor Garber, and Marin Mazzie. Proceeds will benefit the Signature Theatre’s artistic, education, and community outreach programs. Prior to the event, Sunday's Washington Post took a look back at Lansbury's decades-long relationship with the composer, which you can read at washingtonpost.com.

"Here you have the guy who is speaking to the universality of the human experience in every molecule," Ken Burns tells Walter Isaacson on PBS's Amanpour & Co. about the subject of his latest film, Leonardo da Vinci. Sarah Burns, his co-director on the film with David McMahon, adds: "I think it's entirely central to who Leonardo was, that he had these interests across such a wide spectrum, and he didn't see those things as being separate. To him, all of these things were related and part of his larger effort to just understand the universe and everything he could about the human experience, the human body, and how all of these things are connected." You can watch their conversation here. You can watch LEONARDO da VINCI on PBS and hear Caroline Shaw's original score now.
