The Staves celebrated the release of their new album, If I Was, with a performance at Wilton's Music Hall in London last month. Following the recent unveiling of a couple tunes from the show, you can now watch four performances from the concert below: three songs from the album—"Make It Holy," with album producer Justin Vernon, "Teeth White," and "Black & White"—as well as their take, with Vernon, on the Bruce Springsteen classic "I'm on Fire." The trio is currently touring Europe and will perform this summer at the Eaux Claries Music Festival in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where they recorded the album with Vernon.

Nonesuch Records released If I Was in the United States on CD and digitally in March, with the vinyl to follow next week. The trio brings "angelic harmonies" to the "consistently daring" album, writes the New York Times' Jon Pareles. "[T]he songs are illuminated from within." "This entire record is essential listening," raves Stereogum. "The Staveley-Taylor sisters possess the kind of voices that make able-bodied writers lose control of their capacity to avoid terms like ethereal, angelic, and otherworldly."

You can get the album today on iTunes, Amazon, and in the Nonesuch Store, where you can also pre-order the vinyl album in the US for next week.
