The track is from her forthcoming full-length Nonesuch Records debut album, How I Knew Her, out on February 12, 2013.     Old Yellow Moon, a new collaborative album from Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell, will be released February 26, 2013, on Nonesuch Records. The 12-track duets album, their first official collaboration since Crowell joined Harris' Hot Band in 1975, features songs written by Crowell as well as interpretations of songs by Hank DeVito, Roger Miller, Allen Reynolds, and others. Among the world-renowned musicians on the album are Stuart Duncan, Vince Gill, Bill Payne, and members of the original Hot Band. Pre-orders include a limited-edition, autographed print and an instant download of their take on DeVito's “Hanging up My Heart.”

    Following the success of their recent tour of the UK and Ireland, Shawn Colvin and Mary Chapin Carpenter will once again be setting out on tour together. These longtime friends will share the stage as an intimate duo, performing material spanning their vast catalogs as well as some of their favorite songs. The first handful of shows have been announced, starting February 21, 2013, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Colvin performs at the WFUV Holiday Cheer in New York City tonight, followed by a series of US headlining shows in the coming weeks.

    Punch Brothers made their debut on the Conan show last night, performing "Movement and Location," off their latest album, Who's Feeling Young Now?. Watch the performance here. The band is currently out West for their US fall tour, performing at the Lobero Theatre in Santa Barbara tonight, followed by shows in Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Aspen, Boulder, Kansas City, Minneapolis, and Chicago. Punch Brothers close out the year with a three-night run at New York's Bowery Ballroom December 29–31.

    Gidon Kremer’s Hommage à Piazzolla: The Complete Astor Piazzolla Recordings is out now. The eight-disc box set brings Kremer’s six previously released recordings of the Argentine composer’s music together for the first time, including four Nonesuch releases and two that were released by Teldec. The set’s seventh album, which is being released for the first time, features a 14-song live recording from the CBC’s Glenn Gould Studio from 1997.

    Devendra Banhart, who has just been signed to Nonesuch Records, releases his label debut, Mala, in the spring of 2013. The singer/songwriter co-produced the record with his longtime bandmate, guitarist Noah Georgeson. Further details about the album and its release will be announced shortly, as will upcoming festival and tour dates.

    Nataly Dawn will open for Ben Folds Five on the band's US tour in late January and early February 2013. She announced the news in her latest vlog post, which also notes that her forthcoming solo album, How I Knew Her, which had been slated for release on Nonesuch on January 22, 2013, is now due out on February 12. In the meantime, Dawn is offering five free downloads via her new Tumblr page, natalydawn.tumblr.com, including the album's opening track, "Araceli," and will release a number of new videos from the album in the coming months.     Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts has announced that Audra McDonald has signed on as the official host of the landmark PBS series Live From Lincoln Center. McDonald will host seven broadcasts from December 2012 through spring 2013 including “The Richard Tucker Opera Gala” on Thursday, December 13, and the New York Philharmonic’s New Year’s Eve Gala, “One Singular Sensation: Celebrating Marvin Hamlisch,” on Monday, December 31. She will also perform in the New Year’s Eve live telecast.
