    Offa Rex (Olivia Chaney and The Decemberists) was featured on PBS NewsHour. Chaney and The Decemberists' Colin Meloy discuss the origins of the songs on the group's debut album, The Queen of Hearts, and the different perspectives the artists brought to them. "I think that was the beauty of the project," says Chaney; "we came from different cultures and different relationships to the history of the music." You can watch the interview and an excerpt from Offa Rex's performance of "The Old Churchyard" at the Newport Folk Festival here.

    French singer/composer Camille has unveiled the video for her song "Seeds," from her new album, OUÏ, due in the US on October 13. The video, co-directed by Camille and Olivier Montoro, was made at L'Axe Majeur, a monumental, unfinished bridge, stretching over two miles, just outside of Paris. The bridge was designed by Israeli sculptor Dani Karavan and built over thirty years. "Here is a little seed of love," Camille says of the video, "hoping it will grow within you." Watch it here. Camille will perform at NYC's (Le) Poisson Rouge on October 16.

    Dan Auerbach debuted the music video for "Stand By My Girl," a song from his new album, Waiting on a Song, via Stereogum. The video, about a femme fatale and the men who love her, was directed by Allister Ann, who said of the process, "Sometimes you just get lucky. A song, an artist and a vision come together and seem to align perfectly, and when that happens, it's pure magic." You can watch it here.

    Tigran Hamasyan has shared a video giving a behind-the-scenes look in the studio during the recording of his new album, An Ancient Observer. The album was produced by Hamasyan and recorded by Antoine Gaillet at Studio de Meudon in Meudon, France, in June 2016. The video was made by Armen Catanasyan. You can watch it here.

    Lianne La Havas has just released the official video for "Tokyo," a song she co-wrote with Matt Hales for her Grammy-nominated album Blood. The video was shot on location in Tokyo by director Ravi Dhar. You can watch it here. Pitchfork called Blood "dynamic and poignantly self-assured in its introspection … an almost seamless album."

    Fleet Foxes have shared two videos from their four nights of concerts at the Sydney Opera House during Vivid LIVE earlier this year. The Australian called the shows "spellbinding."     Conor Oberst was a guest on the Charlie Rose show on PBS/Bloomberg News last week. He spoke with Rose about and performed songs from his new albums, Salutations and Ruminations. The episode opens with a performance of a "Till St. Dymphna Kicks Us Out" and closes with "Mamah Borthwick (A Sketch)." You can watch the performances and interview here. Oberst his tour to Europe this coming weekend; the next leg of the US tour starts September 1.

    Randy Newman has just unveiled the video for the song "Sonny Boy," from his forthcoming album, Dark Matter. The video features illustrations by Roger Miller with animation by John Erickson.
