Gabriel Kahane was on KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic. He spoke with host Jason Bentley about his new album, Book of Travelers, and was joined by the Lyris Quartet to perform several songs from it—"Baedeker," "Baltimore," "8980," "Little Love"—and more. Listen to the session here. Kahane performs in La Jolla tonight and will be a guest on Live From Here with Chris Thile from St. Paul on October 20.

Journal Topics: Album ReleaseArtist NewsVideoThursday,September 6,2018Fleet Foxes have released a short film for their Crack-Up album opener, "I Am All That I Need / Arroyo Seco / Thumbprint Scar," directed by Sean Pecknold, with art direction and production design by Adi Goodrich and choreography by Steve Reker. The film was shot on 35mm film in southern California, creating a look that feels like an old Technicolor movie, with everything hand-made and in-camera. WeTransfer commissioned and helped produce the video. Watch it here.
