Housing Works Bookstore is a nonprofit venue whose proceeds go to Housing Works, Inc. to provide housing, healthcare, job training and advocacy for New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS. In June, The Arcs—Dan Auerbach, Leon Michels, Richard Swift, Homer Steinweiss, and Nick Movshon; Kenny Vaughan and Mariachi Flor de Toloache are also featured on the album—offered listeners a chance to sample the new music when they released one new track "Stay in My Corner," which NPR Music writer and editor Stephen Thompson described as "lush" and "alluring," with "a slinky, timeless feel." Hear the entire album now, a full week before its official release, as part of NPR Music’s First Listen series.

"Right from the drop, Yours, Dreamily, ignites like a cigarette flicked on a stream of gasoline," exclaims NPR Mike Katzif in the First Listen. It's "one of Auerbach's most ambitious and fully realized albums."

David Longstreth’s Song of the Earth, a song cycle for orchestra and voices, is due April 4. Performed by Longstreth with his band Dirty Projectors—Felicia Douglass, Maia Friedman, Olga Bell—and the Berlin-based chamber orchestra s t a r g a z e, conducted by André de Ridder, the album also features Phil Elverum (Mount Eerie), Steve Lacy, Patrick Shiroishi, Anastasia Coope, Tim Bernardes, Ayoni, Portraits of Tracy, and the author David Wallace-Wells. Longstreth says that while Song of the Earth—his biggest-yet foray into the field of concert music—"is not a ‘climate change opera,’” he wanted to “find something beyond sadness: beauty spiked with damage.
