Happy Cyber Monday! The savings continue as the Nonesuch Store seventh anniversary sale, which began last week, rolls into Cyber Monday and beyond, with all currently available CDs, LPs, DVDs, MP3s, and FLAC here at nonesuch.com (pre-orders excluded) 15% off the everyday low prices listed on the site; the sale discount will be show at checkout.

In December 2007, the Nonesuch Store opened here at nonesuch.com with just a couple of new releases. Now, eight years later, the store has grown to showcase hundreds of new and classic Nonesuch albums as CDs, with instant downloads of the album MP3s included at no additional cost; dozens of recordings on vinyl, such as the Nonesuch debut albums from The Arcs and Rhiannon Giddens, and the latest from Punch Brothers and Emmylou Harris; and DVDs like the companion documentary in Natalie Merchant's Paradise Is There: The New Tigerlily Recordings

To celebrate the anniversary of the Nonesuch Store, everything on the site that's out now—CDs, LPs, DVDs, MP3s, FLAC; pre-orders excluded—is now 15% off our everyday low prices, now through the holidays. That's an additional 15% off the already discounted prices listed on the site. The total savings will be reflected at checkout.

As a recent addition to the Nonesuch Store anniversary sale, this now includes more than 800 albums available as high-quality, 320 kbps MP3s, including classic recordings no longer in print, and, for digital audiophiles, scores of FLAC lossless files of our latest releases, and a number of new, 96kbps/24bit HD FLAC files too, including debut albums from The Bad Plus Joshua Redman and Olivia Chaney and Nonesuch debuts from Tigran Hamasyan and Tyondai Braxton.

For a look at all that's available and to take 15% off in the Nonesuch Store, head to nonesuch.com/store.

"One of my favorite music labels has a momentous birthday: Nonesuch Records is turning 60 this year," says Deepa Fernandes, co-host of NPR's Here & Now, who spoke with Nonesuch President David Bither to mark the occasion. "Nonesuch has likely influenced your musical diet even if you didn't know it." "It's very hard to say what is a Nonesuch record," Bither says. "It's not a particular genre, but maybe it represents a particular kind of ambition and originality. There's a passionate audience for the music we've tried to champion." You can hear their conversation and several musical selections from over the years here.
