Rhiannon Giddens kicks off the next leg of her tour at the Silver Creek Event Center in New Buffalo, Michigan, this Friday, followed by stops in Canada and throughout the US Northeast in the weeks ahead. Before hitting the road, she sat down with Kyle Meredith of WFPK radio in Louisville, Kentucky. Rhiannon Giddens kicks off the next leg of her tour at the Silver Creek Event Center in New Buffalo, Michigan, this Friday, followed by stops in Canada and throughout the US Northeast in the weeks ahead. Before hitting the road, she sat down with Kyle Meredith of WFPK radio in Louisville, Kentucky. Giddens will take part in "Shining a Light: A Concert for Progress on Race in America," a two-hour, multi-artist event airing on A+E Networks and iHeartRadio on Friday, November 20, at 8 PM ET/PT. She will release a five-song vinyl EP, Factory Girl, featuring music from the T Bone Burnett–produced sessions for Tomorrow Is My Turn, on Record Store Day's Black Friday event, November 27, with the digital version due December 11.
