The Black Keys were on BBC Two's Later... with Jools Holland to perform two songs from their new album, Ohio Players: "Beautiful People (Stay High)" and "On the Game." Rachael & Vilray are on the latest episode of the PBS series Poetry in America, focused on Frank O'Hara's "Steps," from his Lunch Poems. They join host Elisa New, choreographer Mark Morris, and poets Terrance Hayes, Robert Pinsky, Todd Colby, and Eileen Myles to read and discuss the poem, an ode to New York City art and dance. Hurray for the Riff Raff (aka Alynda Segarra) returned to CBS Saturday Morning to perform a Saturday Sessions set of three songs from their new album, The Past Is Still Alive: "Alibi," "Hawkmoon," and "Buffalo." You can watch all three performances here.

Ahead of their concerts in Germany this weekend, Rhiannon Giddens and her band were on ARD-Morgenmagazin, the morning show of ARD's flagship television channel, Das Erste, to perform "Yet to Be," a song from her new album, You're the One. "Rhiannon Giddens is a musical exception: trained opera singer, composer, vocalist, virtuoso on the banjo and many other instruments," says the show. When Molly Tuttle was back home in the Bay Area in December to perform four sold-out shows with her band Golden Highway at the Guild Theatre, she spoke with Anne Makovec of Bay Area CBS station KPIX in celebration of the GRAMMY nomination for Best Bluegrass Album for City of Gold. They stopped by Gryphon String Instruments in Palo Alto, joined by Molly's dad, music teacher and multi-instrumentalist Jack Tuttle, to talk about her formative time there. You can watch it here.

Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway made their Austin City Limits debut on PBS stations across the US over the weekend. “This is something I've dreamed of for so long,” Tuttle says. “I've been watching Austin City Limits since I was a little kid.” She and the band performed four songs from their acclaimed new album, City of Gold and two from their 2021 Grammy-winning debut album, Crooked Tree. Rhiannon Giddens was on The Daily Show to talk with guest host Michael Kosta about her career, winning the Pulitzer Prize in Music, and her song "Another Wasted Life," from her new album, You're the One, which she also performed on the show. The song aims to raise awareness for the stories and voices of those who have experienced the injustices of the criminal legal system. She partnered with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project on a fundraising initiative and a music video for the song featuring 22 wrongfully convicted people, clients of the organization, who collectively spent more than 500 years in prison for crimes they did not commit.

David Byrne returned to Late Night with Seth Meyers to talk about Here Lies Love, his musical with Fatboy Slim about the rise and fall of the Philippines’ notorious Imelda Marcos and the People Power Revolution, now on Broadway with a historic all-Filipino cast. They also discuss the famed 1984 Talking Heads concert film Stop Making Sense, directed by Jonathan Demme, back in theaters now, and Fred Armisen’s David Byrne impression.
