The childhood guitar of The Black Keys' Dan Auerbach, autographed by Auerbach and bandmate Patrick Carney, is being given away in a raffle to support The Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank, a non-profit organization with a mission to feed people and fight hunger. The guitar is the instrument on which Auerbach first learned to play; it was a gift from his father. The winner will also receive an autographed copy of Guitar World magazine. For every $10 raffle ticket purchased, the Foodbank will be able to provide 40 meals for those in need.

The Black Keys perform at The Concert for Valor to honor America’s veterans and their families on Veterans Day, tonight starting at 7 PM ET. The concert will take place on the National Mall in Washington, DC. It will stream live online at theconcertforvalor.com; be broadcast live on HBO, which will offer its affiliates the opportunity to open the signal, allowing nonsubscribers to view the special; and be simulcast via iHeartRadio.

The Black Keys will tape a performance for Austin City Limits on Monday, November 17, for the program's 40th season. The band is making its second appearance on the PBS series, having made their ACL debut around the release of their 2010 album Brothers. For information on how to get free passes about a week before the taping, visit acltv.com. The Black Keys are currently on tour in North America; the Calgary Herald, reviewing last night's show at the Saddledome, says the band "deliver[ed] in a big, big way."

The Black Keys were the musical guests on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night on NBC, performing “Gotta Get Away,” off their latest album, Turn Blue. Watch the performance plus a web-exclusive performance of Edwyn Collins's "A Girl Like You" here. The band performs at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn tonight and tomorrow night, followed by tour stops in Washington, DC, and Chicago. The Boston Globe, reviewing Sunday's show, says: "[T]he fact that they have been able to become one of the most prominent rock outfits of the 2010s while keeping things simple is not only a rebuke to arena-rock excesses, it’s a testament to their talent."

The Black Keys kick off the North American leg of their Turn Blue world tour with two stops in their home state of Ohio this weekend, with shows in Columbus tonight and Cleveland on Saturday. For the tour, longtime Black Keys creative director Michael Carney has created his first-ever screen printed posters for the band. Special guests during the extensive tour include Cage The Elephant, Jake Bugg, and St. Vincent.

The Black Keys, who kick off the US leg of their Turn Blue world tour with two stops in their home state of Ohio this weekend, have just announced that the tour will be heading to Australia in April 2015, following the UK and European tours in February and March. The Australian tour kicks off at the Bluesfest Byron Bay on April 3 and includes sets at the two Rolling Green events and stops in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, and Adelaide. Tickets go on sale Thursday, September 11, 2014.

The Black Keys have confirmed five UK tour dates in February and March 2015 as part of their Turn Blue World Tour. The UK leg comprises concerts in Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, London, and Leeds. The European tour also includes previously announced dates in Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Poland, Holland, Belgium, and France. Tickets for the UK go on sale July 18. The band, currently touring Europe, tours North America this autumn.

The Black Keys, who are currently touring Europe on the first leg of the Turn Blue world tour, have added several new dates to the tour in February 2015, in Zurich, Munich, Berlin, Amsterdam, Antwerp, and Düsseldorf. The Guardian gives four stars to the band's set at Glastonbury last night, saying "the Black Keys have got better as they've got bigger, revealing a talent for fiendishly catchy classic rock." The Black Keys kick off their Turn Blue world tour with a month of European summer festival dates, starting with two shows in Germany this weekend, follwed by stops in Croatia, Switzerland, Holland, Poland, France, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and the UK, including a set at the Glastonbury Festival. An extensive North American tour begins this fall. The Black Keys performed two songs off of Turn Blue for the French TV show Le Grand Journal: "Fever" and "Bullet in the Brain."
